Here are brief descriptions of the characters that can be selected from for Lord Voldemort and the Wizard's Summit. Characters that have been striken through have been assigned.

Alphonso/Alphedra Splendini: Splendini is the leader of the Splendini Dragonfire Cartel. The Splendini Cartel is rumored to be involved in the distribution of Dragonfire elixer, as well as many other unsavory business practices. The Dragonfire elixer is an extremely addictive liquid which gives the imbiber a complete sense of euphoria with the absence of pain. Splendini has been working diligently in the Chicago area to expand the family territory over the whole of the midwest. Splendini's natural charm and skills in persuasion have brought the family together and the hope of earning legitimacy in the eyes of the wizarding community has prompted Splendini to acquire an invitation to the Summit.

Analyse/Allowishus Bransford: Bransford is a diligent and devoted member of the Horologists for a Better World and one of the premiere authorities on the Great Compromise spell. This artificer has worked diligently with the Geomantic Union, Technocratic Union and the Artificer's Guild to prepare the Eye of Daedelus for it's inaugural departure.

Beauregarde/Beulah Orphendius: Proffesor Orphendius is a master theorist in the field of magical research and application and an illuminary member of the Geomantic Union. The good professor has dedicated a lifetime of work and determination towards advancing the practical applications of magic in the Americas. The professor's most recent project has been working with the Technocratic Union and Geomantic Union to verify and implement the enchantments and modification for the launch of the Eye of Daedelus.

C. Iluceto Arma: C. Iluseto Arma is a well connected member of society and an active member of the Technocratic Union. C. Iluseto Arma is a close friend of Mary Coggleboplin and C's contributions are somewhat trivialized due to the nature of being a squib. Arma's contributions in the form of knowledge of muggle technology while understated, have been invaluable to the success of the Eye of Daedelus.

Carmelo/Carmela Dulce, Ambassador: Ambassador Dulce came to politics later in life, after a successful career as a magical candy maker and potion master. Mexico and Central America are their own political entity, but have always have worked with the North American Wizarding government. Ambassador Dulce represents El Federaci?entroamericana del Mago del Latino. The Ambassador is also known for being very lucky. She is an honorary member of the N. American Alchemist's Guild and a spokes person for the Association for the Proliferation of Affordable Potions.

Casey Colicchio: Casey Colicchio is a a Five Star Chef and Master Potion maker. She has honed her love of cooking and potion making into a euphoric symbiote, creating some of the most extravegant and exquisite meals ever created in the Americas. Casey is the head of the Alchemist's Guild, a proud member of Alchemists for a Better Future, and the head chef of Ambrosia. She is known for making meals out of rare and exotic animals, including the depoisoned flank of dopsy.

Ceq Enexs, Senator : Ceq Enexs was appointed to the Sorcerer?s Senate eight years ago to mixed responses- he was the first magical creature to be appointed to a seat. Even moderates have fears and concerns about Sasquatches, though his time in office has shown him to be strong leader and fiscally responsible. Some still mutter that the Sasquatches of the Northwest are dark and dangerous creatures, but Senator Enexs has proven to be as valuable as any Witch or Wizard on the Senate. His is a member of the Coalition for Natural Magic and he heads the Trade and Transportation Bureau, which provided government support and funding for the Eye of Daedalus.

Coberton/Cobella "Cob" Roller : The Roller family has long been advocates of philanthropy and art patronage and Cob is no exception. Known for throwing gala benefits of exceptional beauty, frivolity, and epicurean feasts, Cob is sought after to champion many causes. As the Rollers were founding members of Horologists for a Better World, Cob has access to world?s most talented High Art Magicians and Thaumaturgical Crafters. Though a civilian, Cob has raised thousands of Carracks in private funding for the Eye Daedalus, as well as negotiating for the lion?s share of the art aboard the flying city.

Cornelius/Cornelia Ripley: Ripley is the head of the Counter Spell and Jynx removal division of the Ripley Company. As one of the three siblings who took over the Ripley Company after Robert Ripley passed away, Ripley is the leading authority on magical concealment of muggle breaches and magical mistakes. Ripley has been volunteered for the purpose of maintaining the integrity of the Great Compromise

Emil/Emelia Heraldo : Heraldo is a reporter for the Xanthous Journal and has worked there for many years. Heraldo is quite a famous reporter and has run such stories as uncovering the lost Vagoolotti Vault, legendary home of the horde of magical items of the Vagoolotti Wizarding Crime Lord family. Heraldo has recently been scooped by reporter Sonnen, which if you believe such reports has gotten Heraldo?s ire up. The reporter is a member of the Association for the Proliferation of Affordable Potions and is happy to talk to you all about their projects.

Friedwied L'Orang?Senator: Senator Friedwied L'Orange is a socially conservative senator who is a vocal member of the Social Magical Research Council. She is known for passing very constrictive addendums, as well as having some questionable business practices. She is from a well known pure blood lineage which can be traced all the way back to Medieval England.

Ghilan Harker, Senator : Senator Harker created quite a stir when elected to office, as the young politico is a Dhamphyre, half wizard and half vampire. The seator is champion of the underdog and an active member of the Barnabas League, a group founded by the Senator's mother.

Jacques/Jacqueline Sarte: Doctor Sarte is a French Canadian who is the preeminent Healer in North America, knowing a range of healing spells in both Wizarding and Nature magic. The good Healer personally trained all the medical crew of the Eye of Daedelus and oversaw the creation of its hospital. This medical mage is a member of the Wizards for Responsible Education and is known for being vocal about school reformation so more wizards and witches are not needlessly injured due to a lack of education in both magic and proper behavior.

Jared/Jorie Bartlebay: Bartlebay, a conservative lobbyist, knows that the war is coming and we need to act now, the axis of evil that those on the far left blithely refer to as the "Dark Lord" must be stopped. We must not compromise and we must not give into these extremists! Bartlebay is an upstanding member of the Social Magic Research Council.

Jean Sebastian/Jehanne Belle Montenegro: Montenegro is a decendant of one of the oldest and most respect wizarding families in all of the Americas. Montenegro has become known for great skill in hunting and removing troublesome and dangerous magical creatures all over the globe. He is a member of the Coalition for Natural Magic.

Jelly Beignette: This magic wielding, young punk rock star burst onto the muggle and Wizard music scene a few years ago and has a quite a large following. Jelly is known for having all manner of exotic magical creatures perform during stage shows. This past year has seen the musician become much more political and outspoken, as well funding more abstract artist through the Horologists for a Better World. Jelly Beignet set up stables on he Eye of Daedalus.

Judi Zimmermann, Rabbi: Judi is one of the first women ordained a rabbi, both in the muggle and magical world. She is also the creator of the first lightening golem, a creature that is utilized widely today and gained her much acclaim not only in the Kabalas, but the Wizarding World at large. She has long been an advocate of golem workers, despite the protests of the Jobsworth Guild. Her patents and sales from golems have made her a very wealthy woman. She's recently accepted a teaching position at Windy City Collegium in Illinois. She personally oversaw the instillation of the Lighting Golems that power the Eye of Daedalus.

Kupfer/Kupfera Schmied: A high ranking member of the Artificer's Guild, Schmied was been working on the Eye of Daedalus since the beginning. Some find his ancestry distasteful-- they say Artificer Schmeid's grandfather was a filthy dwarf! However, the artificer has an impecable record and is known as a master in the craft. Schmeid is a card carry member of the the Geomantic Union.

Lepo Canidae: Lepo is a charming and gregarious Jackalope rancher based in Texas. Lepo is known to be a straight shooter, but has never shied away from a tall tale or good yarn. Rancher Canidae is a lobbyist and supporter of the Coalition for Natural Magic and known to oppose a golem workforce.

Levent Dunkle : Levent Dunkle, youngest of the Dunkle family and heir to the Dunkle fortune, is a wild wizard playboy. His family, famed manufacturers of magical metal items, supplied most of the raw materials to build the Eye of Daedalus.

Lillian Harker: Lillian is one of the most celebrated herbaligists in North America and a founding member of the Baranbas League (her husband, a vampire, was murdered by angry villagers). Her child, a Dhamphyre, was recently elected to the Senate, thrusting Lillian into the public eye.

Louis/Louise Penderbottom, Four Bolt General: General Penderbottom is one of the most respected members of the military to date. The good general has revolutionized air combat and advanced the means of modern day warfare beyond anything  achieved in the 3 decades prior. The General has been assigned to the Eye of Daedelus project as a military liason.

Mary/Marin Coggleboplin: Artificer Coggleboplin is the leader of the Technocratic Union and has been one of the driving forces behind the creation and completion of the Eye of Daedelus. Known as a leader in the field of Technomancy, this Artificer has created many advancements in the field of magical robotics and technomantic creation.

Metyhk/Metta Cadwallader: Cadwallader is the most fashionable magus in all of the Americas. A master of Feng Shui, Adaptable Interior Design, and Aestetics, this fashionista is also a member of the Geomantic Union and is known for loving all things of beauty. Recommended by Cob Roller, Cadawallader is responsible for the festivities surrounding the launching of the Eye of Daedelus.

Numonet Hu?e (Huitre): American royalty at its finest. The Hu?e family came to America four generations ago and built up a fishing empire utilizing an innovative net spell. From there they branched out into broomsticks, luxuries, and media. Numonet is the current head of the Hu?e family and is known for attending lavish parties, zipping around on sporty brooms, and being adorned in sparkling jewelry. However, Numonet is not completely carefree- much of he American royal?s time is also taken up with working closely with the Social Magic Research Council and the Hu?e family media houses.

Omolara/Omolaro Cholpon, Obliviator: Obliviator Cholpon is one of the best and if fact leads the Obliviators of North America. The impressive mage is the head of security for the Eye of Daedalus. Obliviator Choplon is a private person and known to avoid the press and especially interviews.

Oz/Ozma Spitnogle, Rabbi: Rabbi Spitnogle is a famed Kabbalist who oversees the Sorcerer?s Senate?s Board of Wizarding Industrial Safety. The Rabbi has held the position for many years. Rabbi Spitnogle is known as a hard worker, but to be fairly quiet and subdued.

Roja/Rojo Arenqua, Guildmaster : Guildmaster Arenqua is prim and proper, a state of grace and calm with passion bubbling below the surface. The Guildmaser first conceived of the Eye of Daedalus as an Artificer?s Guild undertaking, but the prospect of stabilizing the Great Compromise spell soon had many groups involved. Guildmaster Arenqua is a high-ranking member of the Social Magic Research Council and is the child of the Chancellor of the Cache.

Rudwillis/Rudwillia Sabedoria, Chancellor of Mysticism: Chancellor Sabedoria is in charge of all mystical activity in the North America, holding one of the most powerful and influential positions of authority in the government. A long time member of the Geomantic Union in good standing, Chancellor Sabedoria has worked tirelessly for the advancement and understanding of Wizardry. The Eye of Daedalus falls under the purview of the office of the Chancellor of Mysticism.

Solene/Solar Sonnen: Sonnen is a reporter for the Trenchant Gazette, a respected independent wizarding newspaper. Tough and hard hitting, Sonnen is known to doggedly hunt down a story, especially any whispers of the Gray Robes, a notorious group of terrorist wizards whom many believe to be in league with the Dark Lord. Sonnen comes from a wealthy background and is a standing member of the Wizards for Responsible Education.

Theodore/Theodoshia Quackenbush, Ambassador: Ambassador Quackenbush is visiting specifically for the summit, a representative from the Ministry of Magic. The Ambassador is highly respected, but some fear the wrong choice for the summit ? the Ambassador?s father was murdered with the killing curse and the Aurors know it be at the hand of a notorious Death Eater.

Torellen Kraus, Lieutenant Colonel: Torellan is a decorated war hero who has served the wizarding community for nearly three decades as a righteous defender of American freedoms. He has recently began supporting the Coalition for the Proliferation of Affordable Potions.

Verinos Devonshire, Marshall: Devonshire is a powerful and respected marshall amongst the American wizarding world. He has one of the most significant and decorated records of service in history. He was brought in to be a security consultant for the Eye of Daedelus. The Marshall is a card carrying member of the Social Magical Research Council.

Wakiza Standing Bear, Senator : Wakiza is the first Native American member of the Sorcerer?s Senate. He is a member of the Coalition for Natural Magic. He is known for being peaceful, just, and devoted to the rights of the under represented. Wakiza is the head of the Council of Natural and Geomantic Powers.

Zot Bottleblack: Zot Bottleblack, a fine member of the North American Goblins (which are taller than their European brothers and sisters), is a crafter of some talent and renown and is aboard the Eye acting as the representative to the Goblin Councils. Zot spent time in Britain as an exchange student, but was luckily spared death when his host family was slaughtered by the Dark Lord's Death Eaters. Zot also has the honor of being the first Goblin in the Geomantic Union.
